How does GC3D work?

Please note that this unique technique does not require any sort of 3D glasses to be worn to achieve the effect. 3D flips and animated effect can also be created. GC3D is here to help you make your ad the best it can be.

GC3D visuals are made up of two components: a lenticular lens and a normal printed image. The lens is a plastic sheet of material that has many identical cylindrical lens. The grooves and ridges between these lenses are the lenticules that will make a viewer focus on the different parts of the underlaying image and the image is printed in narrow bands. When a sheet of lenticular lens specially chosen for the desired 3D effect is accurately aligned with the interlacing of the narrow bands of the image, light reflected off each band is refracted in slightly different direction. As a result of parallax phenomenon, superior stereoscopic 3D perception is invoked.
